Official July Event: TOP Drive-In Movie Night

Dear TOprotege members,

It's with great enthusiasm that I would like to announce the RETURN of the TOP Drive-In Movie Night Meet. We will all have a chance to hang with our TOP buddies and catch a flick while we're at it.

I invite any and all TOprotege members, new and old, to participate in this great event! If you have a stock car, or even if you have a blinged out-mobile, you're always welcome to attend any/all of our events. If you drive a protege, you're welcome!

We will be at the Starlight Screen, as noted here (http://5drivein.com/nowplaying.php). The actual movie does not being until 9:40 (or until it's dark enough), BUT we will be rolling in early to get a nice spot and be able to stay fairly close to eachother. We should be rolling into the drive-in no later than 8:30pm. We will depart from the pre-meet at 7:45 SHARP!

Despite the drive-in ebing in Oakville, it's only about a 10-15 minute drive, from the Westside Timmies.

PRE-MEET INFORMATION
We will meet at the Westside Tim's (Dixie & Aimco) at 7pm and depart at EXACTLY 7:45pm. Don't be late!

Remember to bring:
-A Car with a working Radio
-Lawn Chair (If you wish to sit outside, some do)

*NOTE: The feature may change until this Friday, and If it does, a decision will be made by those attanding the day of the pre-meet as to what feature we will attend. Just keep it in mind. I'll update it on Thursday night to be sure, it's still the same movies.

I've already seen Cars, but I'm going anyway. You normally can't just show up for the second movie.

just a FYI. that drive in is 1 block from my house.. starting as early as like 7ish theres a crazy line up all the way down 9th line to get into the theatre.

Back in tha day the line was a lot shorter coming north from Upper Middle versus going south from Dundas. Just a tip.:cool:
Those coming from the east should exit the 403 at Upper Middle instead of the Dundas exit.

Not positive, but I remember back in the day, you used to be able to bring them. As long as they're not noisy or anything like that. Best bet would be to call the place to be sure though.
