May 4th - Official Summer Kick Off Meet

May 4th 2006 marked the summer kick off meet for the Toronto Protege Club. Members from all over Toronto from far west to far east all got together for this meet. Going along with the previous years, this summer kick off meet was held with 3 parts. Scarborough Town Center was where everything started, being close to the Hwy 401, members can easily see the meet location from the off ramp. The second part was the Destiny Bubble Tea located just across from Pacific Mall, although members do not go in for bubble tea, the location was amazing for gaining the attention of hundreds of passing vehicles. The final location was All Star Wings for dinner, the owner had advise that we travel a bit further for a larger All Star due to the massive numbers of participants. With over 100 flavours to choose from, more than 2/3 of the original participants ate their way until they were full. With such a great summer kick off meet, the 2006 year is sure to fill with further unforgettable events.
