What is everyone's outlook on the injen coldair intake for the mp5?? I have heard from various people that the injen and aem short ram produce about the same...
Which one is better??? If either?

I've been looking at both systems and find that for day to day and winter driving, you'd best go with the short ram. There is less hassle with stuff getting in, and the power band is better suited to the 3rd and 4th gear types. If you slalom or autocross, an "expansion box" can be quickly added which will force clean air into the ram... (I'm designing one for the P5 which I'll give the specs for once I work out the kinks).

The water marks were from cleaning.

well I passed up the short ram and got the injen CAI with an AEM bypass..
if it is shit in the winter I will just change back, but hopefully I will not need to drive my p5 in the crap weather...
is the Injen air filter good or should I go to K&N??

Leave the filter. It's just as good. save the money and mod something else.
