Im new need help

Hi guyz and galz Im new to the whole Mazda thing. I have a 03` MP5 and I need help I put an AEM short ram intake and It feels great but I want more spd and tourque is there anyway?? I hope to put a B&M short shifter and a mazdaspeed intake but I can`t seem to find where I can get the short shifter from and I can`t find the mazdaspeed exhaust I see on other mp5`s. Thank you for any help you guyz can give me
