Need help to Upload Pics

I have no clue how to upload pics to this site...Anyone help me out? Hopefully its easy..

1) Click "Post Reply"
2) Scroll down and you'll see a button that says "Manage Attachments" (click it)
3) A new (2nd) window will open
4) Click the "Choose File" button
5) Locate the file on your computer and click "Choose"
6) Repeat steps 4 - 5 for multiple picture uploads
7) Click the "upload" button that is horizontal to the "Choose File" button
8) Go to the fridge and grab a beer
9) Open Beer
10) Drink Beer
11) Burp
12) Fart
13) Drink more Beer
14) Sleep
