Hey guys
I just got the wings west body kit for my p5, now just wondering how hard it is to install I have seen it on many p5s so I know that it fits, except the rear. I have the front bumper and the sideskirts so I was just wondering how hard it is to install if there is any major concerns in putting it on. Also is there anywhere in canada where I can get the mintblue rear bumper and autoexe grill not the replica but the real thing. Ther rep would look good if there wasn't a gap between the hood and the grill.
Thanks
murda

Aparently onderground has fixed this problem and the grill now is straight across. Thus the reason why its taken so long to get mine because they re-designed it, it should be in this week sometime.

The ww kit looks good, but I was talking to Mark (Tax) before and he said the ww kit didn't fit that great on the Mp3 that he saw at NOPI. It had really wide gaps, but I'm not sure for the P5. You should ask Ed, he has the ww kit on his car.

JA, that was Ed posting about a shop that had an extra set - might want to PM him. Mind you, I can't remember if it was WW or Mintblue stuff...
Damn my old age!!

Ahh WW.. The product is good, but don't ahve super high expectations. You will i repeat WILL have to still fit it, form areas, and test fit, screw around etc. There are no brackets to hold the Fogs (so you will have to customize) If you are buying a grill as well keep in mind that they don't come with the little poky down things to attach to the bumper so you will have to find some way of attaching it (i know the Auto Exec stuff is like this, not too sure about the underground stuff) If you got the flares as well make sure you clean throughly the wax, dirt, etc of the car before apply as it wont stick that well and try not to do in the cold cause it will not adhere.
The fitment is OK, but you will still have gaps - especially between the headlights and the bumper - you may have to make a bracket and attach it to your bumper to hold this area up as it will sag.
It is not a hard install however if you don't have the patience get someone to do it for you as it will take time and lots of taking off and putting back on.
Hope this helps.
As for MB im also considering this option please PM what you are looking for and perhaps we can get soemthing going on this - only if your serious though i don't want to be nikeling and diming over 10 bucks.
If you have any more questions PM. If you are interested we can also meet up and you can see what it looks like - guess you should have done that before you bought it but it may still give you some pointers.
- Word of warning check over all the parts look for imperfections, especially bent or not molded properly mounting points. If you find some phone up WW and complain. I wish i had done this as one of the parts for the front bumper wasnt correct but i only found out after it was preped and that is too late.
