Terribly sorry if this is a stupid thread. but i recently linked my avatar to:

I want to give credit where it is due as i didnt come up with this myself. As a designer I stand strongly to giving the designer their rights to their image.

If anyone wishes me to remove this avatar at the rightful owners consent i will do so. Otherwise I am posting this on behalf of the designer of my avater. I am strongly against the 'jacking' of other peoples work. so i'm taking the necessary precaustions..
