Will the ractive air intake system for the 2002 work on the 2000. I'm having problems with the mas conection. My sensor is connected to the air box. Is the newer one's the same? Did you have to cut your stock intake to piece in between the two pipes in the kit? [B]PLEASE HELP ME http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif

HUH? Your MAS is one piece with the air box? The Pro5s MAS is bolted to the air box hence removable - I don't see why your's isn't bolt either? Can you give us a clearer description?

I'll try to be more clear, the box with the filter has a non detachable pipe exiting it towards the motor. About two inches from the box on the top side of the non-removeable pipe is where the sensor monts. The sensor itself can be unscrewed, but the ractive kit had nothing to reatach it to. I seen a picture somewhere here that showed the complete kit. Mine seemed to be all there. Three rubber fittings, two pipes, one with a nipple and one with a rubber gromet. filter ,bracket and clamps. How did you get the sensor inbetween the two pipes? The pictures showed black plastic pipeing under the sensor, was that cut from the stock intake? Or do the 2001's and 02's have the sensor mounted on a piece that is removeable with out the aid of a hack saw?

Thanks to all who have posted pictures of the ractive intake. The kit was in fact not meant for my car (stupid parts guy) even though he swore that it was. The picture clearly showed the different sensors
