UPDATE (July 18th) - Due to Technical difficulties with our pre-meet location, we have had to find a new one. We will be Pre-meeting at Markham Town Square (North / East corner of Warden & HWY 7). See below, info all updated

Payment date has come and gone. Forms have been submitted to Donovan from Darknights. If you have not already gotten your forms to one of the officers, sorry, but it is too late now.

* T.O. PROTEGE T-SHIRT!!! (Last year we won largest club, we still have a shot at that or best team display, so be sure to rep the club with your shirts)
* Sunscreen
* Hat
* Lawn Chairs (the camping style foldable ones)
* Cooler filled with Food & LOTS of Drinks (it was boiling last year and water is probably about $4 / bottle inside)
* Radio / Batteries / CDs
* FRS
* Magazines
* Cards
* Shammy and Cleaning products for your car (the field is quite dusty, so you'll want to at least wipe it down when we get there)

** From these pre-pre-meets, we will all join up as a group at Markham Town Square (Official Pre-Meet). Kits & Passes will be distributed at this meeting point. Also, rules and driving etiquette will be stated for everybody to hear. Â If you cannot make your clan pre-meet, it is your responsibility to get to this location on time:

At the pre-meet you will be split into groups of 5 cars. These groups will stick together. If you get seperated from the other groups, DO NOT WORRY. Do not try to catch up, STICK WITH YOUR GROUP and we will meet back up at DKN. More info to be discussed at the Official Pre-meet.
Where: Markham Town Square (8601 Warden Avenue). It's at the North East corner of Warden and Hwy 7.
When:
SATURDAY - Must arrive at 7:15 AM (I know it's early, but there will be a HUGE line to get into DKN). Leaving for DKN at 7:45 SHARP.
SUNDAY - OPTIONAL ATTENDANCE. FROM 9:30 AM - 9:45 AM.
