Place: Dave Wood Mazda in Newmarket

This event is being held in conjunction with the Dent Removal Clinic at DWM (http://ib2.toprotege.com/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=15;t=20274;hl=new)

Well this has been a long time in the making, but we have finally managed to organize a Dave Wood Mazda appreciation BBQ. It keeps getting better, Kevin and the friendly folks at Dave Wood Mazda will be supplying all the food and drinks for the BBQ. All we have to do is a club is show up and enjoy the hospitality. This will be a great opportunity to thank Kevin and Dave Wood for their long time support of the club.

If the free food and drinks weren't enough, Kevin is arranging to have some feature vehicle appearances while we're there!!! Let me tell you from what I've heard he's working on you won't want to miss these cars!

In parallel to this, Tony McGrath from AutoCosmetic.com will be performing Dent Removal Services during the day (by appointment only), and this can be scheduled in the Dent Removal Clinic Thread (http://ib2.toprotege.com/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=15;t=20274;hl=new).

So come on out, check out some of the newest Mazda's available, chat it up with Kevin, other TOP members, and get a dent pulled while you're at it!

Kevin has also mentioned that there is a great paved path in a park right next door, so anyone who wants to bring bikes or rollerblades will have a great venue to go for a ride!

We need to get an idea of how many people will be attending so that enough food and drinks will be available, so please post up if you will be coming and if you'll be bringing your wife/gf or husband/bf.

DARKNIGHTS APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS MEET. If you are attending, PLEASE bring your $40 registration fee on Sunday and see one of the Officers for a Darknights form which you can complete and submit back to us with the cash SAME DAY. This will save us all a lot of time and effort down the road.

Nice to see such a great response. Although the dent clinic starts much early, the offical &quot;firing up of the BBQ will be around 11.30. We will be previewing one of Mazda's soon to be released models.. at 1pm. This vehicle has been at all the Auto shows ,but this will be the first time you will get an &quot;up close&quot; look and feel. Sorry no test drives..
There is a great park system, right beside the dealership, bring your walking shoes. They have an event going on there also this weekend..

yes, yes, and yes. Lots of vendors have DKN specials. Lasst year the hot item was seats. But you can pick up some good deals for sure. Especially towards the end of the day on Sunday. The vendors sometimes clear stuff out so they don't have to transport it all back.

Awesome event. Thanks to Brian for working hard on it, and of course to Kevin and DWM for being so great to us!
