Just a rough idea about how the MP3 wheels would look on my Pro5. I'm thinking about getting these RacingHarts, I've got a good deal on the line.
Tell me what you think. I know it's not crazy but it does look tech.

i think it looks pretty good. Actually very good! however, if your willing to spend like say what 200$ a rim... why not put in some extra and get aftermarket rims..? I know these are per say aftermarket... but it hink you know what i am trying to say..

Ed, ya I know what you mean. I was really thinking about the MP3 wheels cause I can get a $1400 (cash) deal that includes the RacingHart rims and the Dunlop SP-9000 tires. I'm thinking it's a good deal. To get the 5-Zigen rims (m-05) with lesser Kumho tires would be$440 more but in turn I would be getting exactly what I wanted.
Do I spend the extra cash and get the rims I want with lesser tires or do I get the RacingHarts with the Top-o-da-line Dunlops? $440 is not much of a difference it it? Money is not the problem I just have a problem spending too much on the car when I should be concentrating more on paying off the balance of my car! You guys know me... what should I do!!?

Dave,
Were the prices you quoted taxes in?
I called my buddy to see what price he could get for you and I got $2100 for 17" 5Zigen M05s with Kumos 215/40s, balanced and installed with hardware and security nuts.
If you have $1840 with taxes then....go for it! Well worth the extra $440.
Let me know.

i saw an MP3 downtown with stock P5 wheels! i wonder where his RachingHart's went? DAVE?! hahah... you little thief... jk... http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
actually that MP3 looks really weird with stock P5 wheels ... totally doesn't go with the car!
Dave, go for the RacingHart's ... if ya don't like em, you can sell them for a good price cuz the demand for those rims are high (check other boards and you'll see people asking for them all the time). your 5Zigen's are good too, but if you decide to sell them, that'll be a little harder cuz you'll have to find somebody who has the same preference as you and has to match their car.

Hey MP5Navy,
I think the Racing Harts look damn good! Now, the cash price you worked out, is that for a new set, or did you actually find an MP3 owner willing to part with them? They are 17" right?

Okay side by side comparison between the MP3 wheels and the 5-Zigen wheels. Which would get the better style points?

Dave rims are to a car.....like shoes are to an outfit.....you can down play everything else.....but to your rims.....go for the 5zigen!! They look soooooo SICK" Don't get me wrong being from the westside your car is going to look crap anyways.....but maybe 440$ a rim can make you look atleast a little more central......but you'll never ever.....i mean ever be a mad cool at Eastside/Farside crue.
