My buddy just cam from the Phillipines and he was telling me that it's soooooooooo chep to do up a car there......even the crappest car has sick rims!!

Labour costs are downright cheap Nick, and genuine stuff such as Momo, BBS & even our own Mazdaspeed can be copied and sold to consumers. What's surprising is how good these things are copied 'cuz you can't tell the difference. There's a street there called Banaue, and man, aftermarket vendors & tuning shops galore ! Stuff like headers can be produced in no time... Eric is so right... a buddy of mine has a civic and i think anything and everything has been done to it. he even tinted his windshield! haha... not many car bylaws there. anyways, my filipino friends love to go there to visit and buy sh!t for their cars and bikes! my friend got a nice set of 17" ROTA Stage 5's for about $400 CDN! he's actually selling them, great condition, plus tires for about $700 obo. lemme know.

Chops, my brother-in-law is looking for used 17's... Man, ask your friend to not to sell it yet 'cuz I'm gonna hold of him asap...
