Who: Toronto Protege Club
What: Cruise, Dinner, and Casino
When: Saturday, April 30th, 2005 @12:30pm
Where: Escarpment Roads to Niagara Falls
Why: To drive our cars, eat some food, and gamble our paychecks!
Things to bring: Full tank of Gas and FRS Radio

Ok, so here's the deal... meet up in Sauga at the Westside Timmies, clan reps can setup individual meets and cruise over for the start time. From there we'll cruise to Burlington/Hamilton area where the real escarpment cruise will begin.

Maps of the cruise route will be given out, and its strongly recommended that everyone bring FRS radios. If you have two bring them both and share! There are a lot of scenic spots where we can stop along the way for photos. We'll cruise along the escarpment all the way to Niagra Falls which should get us there in time for dinner.

We will grab dinner together at a location to be determined once the number of participants is known. After dinner we'll move the party over to the casino where people can have fun playing the slots, trying there luck at cards, or join me rolling the dice at the craps tables!

Please post up if you plan on coming and if you can't make it the entire time, feel free to join us for part 1, 2 or 3 of this event!

I won't be handing out maps. The cruise route is so massive, that it would be nearly impossible to make, and just as bad to follow. Because there are about 8 guys so far, it won't be a problem. Nobody will get lost, especially with the radios. I think I'd rather people just following the guy in front, enjoying the scenery rather than looking at a map......

Yeah we will cruise together and stop periodically to allow people at the back to catch up if necessary, first and last cars will be in constant contact on the radio to keep everyone together!

because it was down 2-3 people, and this was supposed to be an official event for the club... we have bigger mini meets than this...

Whatever. They're calling for a 40% chance of drizzle in the area for the day now. I've got Azenis, and even when they're bald they're good in the rain.

We all know this is a more of a SOCIAL club than a CAR club. Which means whenever there's a meet where driving your car is invovled ie drag meets, autoX meets, cruises etc, people would rather be drinking bubble tea or playing pool.
