Calling all video & photographers

I know people out there have video cameras and have caught some club antics on film .. please get in touch with myself or YP5_Toronto and we can see about getting that stuff off your cam and into digital format to post on the site.

Likewise for people with photo galleries, we would like to attempt to consolidate pictures from events into the club website so we can show off a bit more.

If you have any photos from events as far back as Summer 2002, please post the link to your gallery and what event it was.

I guess I'm up next as I am known as the Shaolin Camera and Camcorder Man. I had started a mini-bio series of some members up at the Poker Run and I want to continue them on 8mm tape.

I also have tonnes of 35mm film not developed of certain events and individuals. But due to the recent 'Shaolin Deleting Post Gas' that has knocked me out somewhat, I will be blowing up some pictures for BLOWDART PRACTICE! http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif and then forward them to Michael Giancanna the hitman to start bumping some guys off.  http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif

Rowan i've got Mad videos from lots of differnt meets...including the first one!

It's on my Dad's DV handycam...so if you want to grab some footage, we'll have to set up a time where i can bring that stuff over!

Plus i need to be thier cause i need to fastforward imbarrising moments of my budy and i trying to free style while going to the meet!!...LOL

Nick: Bring that vid cam over to my work sometime we can run it off on iMovie.. hehe. As long as it's got FireWire. Unless someone else has better equipment and knows how to use it..

What does iMovie do? If it does any type of reencoding than you'd want just a straight feed to the PC. I can do that on my PC at home, I got a firewire feed to transfer directly to my PC. Where I can edit without reencoding and then reencode to asf for the web.

iMovie will read straight off the digicam, then you can drop the clips into a timeline, add transitions and titles, then encode it as quicktime, mpeg, etc. It's pretty basic .. but super easy to use.

Okay Rowan!
I just developed some DKN footage on 35mm camera, nothing too special. I have some PokerRun mini-dialogues of the members that made it up to Avante Mazda's bar-b-que. The dialogues are on 8mm camcorder which needs editing.

I have caribbanna booty video too I have to edit!!!
I'm only free on the weekends too.
