Hey y'all I have an old Black Widow alarm with 2-way pager and the remote is busted. The product is discontinued. Does anyone know if I can program a different remote to function with it? I've been using the vallet remote for a little while now and I'm still paranoid everytime I leave the car because I don't get alerts.

I asked about this when I did mine, cause it does happen, remotes get lost/broken or whateva... apparently IT IS possible to program another remote (depends on model) , BUT i believe it's a gonna be COIN!

IMO if you really need the pager, start saving some LOOT

yeah. I was trying to avoid the cost of getting a whole new alarm. so is it even worth it to get a new remote or should I just upgrade with a newer system?

This site (http://www.asianwolf.com/category.html?UCIDs=1068694%7C1278151) has a variety of different remotes. I'm not sure if any of this will work
with the one you have but contact them to make sure.

Thanks Jeff,
one of the models almost looks exactly like mine, but with the USD shipping and border tax it works out to be the same as the one i sourced at best buy. $200+ for a remote and programming is pretty steep. I think i'm leaning towards a new model now.
