your rear intake tubing is hitting the metal piece under the brake resevoir. depending on how you modified your bracket, your bracket should hold the intake in a solid position which gives it enough clearance between it and the metal piece. in neutral, it shouldn't it, but when you put it into drive and start driving, the engine cocks backwards and the intake piping will hit that metal piece. only thing you can do is make sure your bracket holds it in a good position.

I noticed it on mine as well i don't think as bad as yours my conclusion is that because it is tucked in so close to the back of the headlight i beileve it is vibrating and sometimes knocking up againts the head light i would like to fix this but i have been very un-motivated lately

I HAD the same problem.
It is hitting the brake master cylinder. Mine was so bad I thought my clutch was @#$, but it was the intake.
So, the short of this is that Steve at Avante has a NEW method of mounting the intake.
Since WE can alter the install ourselves(save the CASH).
Maybe we can meet somewhere and you can check how it is on mine and alter yours.....?

Hey Chop,
Not trying to steal from your awesome bracket mod....
But Steve's way attaches to the engine block and alters the filter end to move down near the fan.
Looks and performs better.
Damn I wish I had a camera to take pics and show you guys....!

Once I have my new bracket painted and installed I'll take some pics and see if you guys want me to make one for you. It works incredibly well, is VERY strong, and comes in your choice of red, yellow or black.
