***NEW position: FARM REP***

Guys n gals,

as toprotege.com moves into the new year, the officer's have decided to try to give the farmside a swift kick!

We are now accepting nominations for farmside rep. As you all have witnessed, farm has become kind of a big free for all and everyone's disbanded, so we did away with the position.

To give some idea of where the boundaries sit for this position, see below;
- west of hwy. 404
- east of jane st.
- north of steeles ave.
- vaughan (woodbridge), Barrie all you guys up there

This rep. will need to revive the spirit which is now lost to this region. As officers, we feel that it is now an ideal time to get this in place for the upcoming season!

What's Involved?
* Welcome new members to the board
* Hold farm mini-meets
* Organize farm pre-meets to Official Club Events
* Participate in regular Officers meetings to represent the farm side and it's best interests
* Create a mob mentality to help keep up clan spirit
* Moderate posts withing the board
* Ensure all your clan flies a banner

How this is going to work
* Anyone can nomiate a person who LIVES within the above listed boundaries to be the representative
* Self-nominations ARE allowed
* This thread will be moderated
* For now, just ONE nomination per candidate (if you see someone has already been nominated, do not bother nominating them again)
* Nominations will close January 7th
* All nominated candidates will need to quote the post they are nominated in and state accepted or not accepted
* Starting January 17th, I will create a new thread allowing the candidates to introduce themselves and their goals should they be elected
* February 4th - the officers will elect from the members who have been nominated

I nominate Ryan (Pro2nr). He has great spirit and in all my dealings with him he has shown to be a responsible individual filled with common sense. I feel he would be a great person to help guide TOProtege for the next year or more and I think he would bring organization and a great mob mentality to Farmside! Once I move to the north I would be happy to have him as my rep.
