Dual Beam H4 HID Kit -- $425

Saw an ad for this place in November PASMAG -- they sell a dual-beam (high-low) H4/9003 HID kit for $425. And these are the improved type with both the metal shield and moving capsule.

Only thing they don't mention is the colour temperature... judging by the picture I'd say 5000-6000k?
