Just did mine 2 weeks ago.
a couple of plastic bolts to remove on top, a few clips to release with a screwdriver on the bottom of the upper grill.
You have to pull it out andup at the same time to remove it.
The horn itself is located on the riught side of the grill, in front of the rad.
Unbolt/unplug the stocker (it's a single plug horn), plug in/bolt on the replacement, reassesmble the grill.
You're done, no more meep meep.

I tried doing it without taking off the grill, it can't be done easily. Taking off the grill is a snap.

I put a horn in from my Bro's old Cutlas. Wanna get some cool air horns soon http://ib2.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I once did consider such an act, but was told that it could amount into lots of trouble. I think its a good Idea. I think it should be legal so long as you dont get cought impersonating a Cop. example; pull someone over and such.

Ya!!! I want one of those cop's horn too!! Lets ask proboy is that legal or not. But I don't think its easy to get caught even if you replace ur horn w/ those super loud one. How often do you horn at people? Once a day? Not that easy to get caught
