Philips Blue Vision

So i picked up a set of Philips Blue Vision headlights today (highbeams) from Wal-mart and I'm pretty satisfied with the improvement in colour (more white than stock bulbs). Now can someone tell me where the hell I can get H7's (lowbeam)and H3's (fogs) in Toronto? Thanks!
