Help.... intake problem

man i cant get a ractive intake on for my friend.
he's got the same car as me (P5) and it wont go on!
the reducers are too small... i cant get them on the MAS and i cant get it to the throttle body..... so did u guys heat it?
or are there 2 reducers the same size.. and one that is larger (for the throttle body)

Concept...I added my "Words of Wisdom" (http://msg.toprotege.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=4;t=497) to the last thread.

But the only MAJOR thing I want to tell you is DON'T USE HEAT ON ANYTHING!!!

You shouldn't have to heat anything up to do the install, and I can guarantee you will mess something up if you do! Out of curiousity what were you going to "heat up" anyway?
