I just seen this posted on the US forum. Sounds pretty damn good. Hopefully someone locally can figure this out so we can do the same without having to send our ECUs out.

I read that too, and it's for the MSP only.
Sorry to the non-MSP'ers. http://ib2.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

If your considering this you may want to contact Yoshiro, at Japanese Automotive.
I talked to him when i got my car dynoed and he said he is working with some company in Japan and he could flash my car for me (MSP). From what i hear he is one of the best tuners around.

Not sure I would let someone flash my ECU and then plug it into my car. The beauty of piggy backs and Stand alone is there are default maps to get the car running and then you tune from there.
I just don't see how it's possible to to accurately gauge what gains the engine is getting from a specific part with out testing it on the car, with a dyno and wideband.
HUNDREDS of models of each manufacturers parts in every possible combination with ALL different fuel grades need testing. And then to calculate an average?? Sorry you can't write maps and tune a car on averages
These guys aren't set up for that. No freakin way.
Don't believe the hype...
AND IF by chance this guy fucks up the ECU when it's flashed. You're done! Kaput! BANG! Stick a fork in your MSP. It's cooked.
You what they say. If sounds to good to be true.....
Just my $.02
