I was at CT with my dad getting plugs when i walked past an endcap....it had 2.5 ton hydrolic jack....portable with bag, reg $70 on for $25....i thought about all the times....at the track, rotating tires...just to check some thing out, that I've needed a good jack.....so i'm going to pick on up tonight...just thought i would let people know....a good jack...quite compact...for $30....no bad if you ask me...might be worth grabbing one...you never know... :|

That cheap? Damn, I've been watching for jacks to drop a bit at CT cause I wanted to get one, but the best that I found at one point was like 140.00 for like a 2 1/4 ton hydraulic.

Are you talking about the bottle jacks?

i need jack real bad my in car one broke at the part where u stick the metal rod therw the hole stupid garbage

Canadian Tire sells 2-1/2 tonne hydrolic jack (No Not bottle)
With 2.......2-1/4 jack stands for $50-60.00

They work perfect for my car; although, both the jack and the stands are at their max height when the car is jacked.

Most of the stuff at Princess Auto are very low quality. I wouldn't buy something this critical to your own safety from them. Not worth the risk when 10 bucks is all you save.

I remember seeing a package deal at CT with one jack and two stands...all for $49....why not get that instead?

Edit: I just saw Shaun mentioned this already...but I think the package is on sale this week as well so you might want to check that out.
