Sending PM's

When ever I send a PM its not going to the person I want it to The 1st send goes to someone else and when I send again it will go to the correct person ,what gives

This is a bug at the moment. Don't worry your PM is going through the FIRST try, it is just showing someone elses in the confirmation screen. When you send it twice it is actually going through twice.
